We strive to respond to return-related inquiries within one to two business days to ensure a smooth resolution.
General Return Guidelines
Orders can be canceled before fulfillment; however, transaction fees incurred during payment processing are non-refundable.
Orders may be canceled until they are shipped. Once shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect purchase, over-ordering) will be subject to a non-refundable shipping fee.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form provided by our support team.
Products must be returned in their original, resalable condition with all hardware, accessories, packaging, and documentation intact.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned product, depending on the financial institution’s processing time.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect address details or order modifications.
Products must not show signs of use and should be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
30-Day Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the invoice date by contacting our support team at support@theestatetailors.com.
Customers may opt for a refund, store credit, or product exchange based on their preference.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to:
Defective or damaged products
Incorrect items shipped
Errors in product descriptions on our website
Restocking Fees:
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns valued up to $1,499.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returns over $1,500.
Refused shipments will also be subject to a restocking fee.
For exchanges, customers may either:
Return the item first and wait for the replacement to be processed.
Purchase the replacement item upfront, and we will refund the original item once the return is received.
We understand that project delays and unforeseen circumstances may occur. If needed, we are happy to review special cases on a case-by-case basis.
Return Packaging Guidelines
Packages should not be excessively taped or labeled, as this may damage the original packaging.
RMA Form should be placed inside the package or in an attached envelope on the exterior.
Products must include all original plastic coverings, accessories, and components.
Strapped-together packages should be secure yet easy to separate without damaging boxes or labels.
Warranty & Replacements
We stand by our products and offer warranties covering:
Manufacturing defects
Driver issues
Flickering, flashing, or unexpected dimming
Damage during transit
If a product is discontinued, we will offer a comparable replacement model.
To File a Warranty Claim, Please Provide:
Order details (name & invoice number)
Photos/videos of the defect, including comparisons with working units
Product model number
Brief description of the issue
Missing documents may delay or invalidate the claim. Please send all claims to support@theestatetailors.com.
Lost Packages & Shipping Errors
If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, we will contact the carrier for an initial investigation. Final responsibility lies with the customer to provide accurate shipping details and ensure a safe delivery location.
If an order experiences a shipping delay, we will promptly coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for any additional fees related to:
Refused shipments
Incorrect shipping details
Orders that were not canceled in time
Exclusions & Special Cases
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns over $1,500.
We do not cover costs related to installation, removal, or labor (e.g., renting lifts, contractor fees, purchasing alternative products while awaiting returns).
