Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders exceeding $99 within the continental United States (lower 48 states). No additional delivery fees apply to high-value orders.
Orders below $99 will be subject to standard shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
Orders are processed promptly after receipt.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.
Delivery Methods & Restrictions
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (subject to location and carrier services).
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee; estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Express Shipping: Next-day or 2-day shipping options are available for select locations at an additional cost.
Orders must be shipped to a physical street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is used, additional fees or delays may apply, and the customer will be responsible for any extra charges.
Some oversized or heavy products may require additional handling time, and shipping fees may vary.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Due to our rapid fulfillment process, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Refunds or replacements due to address errors provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Delays & Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen factors such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or carrier issues may cause delays.
The Estate Tailors is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.
If an order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management before reaching out.
In cases of non-delivery, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the carrier confirms the package as lost.
