1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across the continental United States.

Shipping Exclusions

At this time, we do not offer shipping to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories

  • International destinations

For special commercial freight inquiries outside standard shipping zones, please contact our support team directly.


2. Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within:

1–2 business days

Once processed, standard shipping delivery timelines are:

5–7 business days

Processing and shipping times may vary during:

  • Peak seasons

  • High order volumes

  • Carrier delays

  • Commercial freight scheduling

  • Custom or special-order requests

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


3. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

  • Orders below $99 are subject to a $20 shipping fee

  • Orders above $99 qualify for FREE standard shipping

Important:

Free shipping applies only to standard eligible orders and excludes:

  • Custom orders

  • Bulk commercial freight shipments

  • Oversized items

  • Special handling products

Additional freight or delivery charges may apply for large commercial orders or oversized materials.


4. Freight & Oversized Deliveries

Certain products including:

  • Commercial lighting orders

  • Flooring materials

  • Bulk building supplies

  • Oversized commercial items

may require freight delivery services.

For freight shipments:

  • Delivery appointments may be required

  • Additional transit time may apply

  • Commercial delivery conditions may affect scheduling

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Delivery access is available

  • Someone is present to receive large shipments

  • Accurate delivery information is provided

Failure to accept scheduled freight deliveries may result in additional redelivery or storage fees.


5. Inspection Upon Delivery

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival.

Please carefully check for:

  • Visible package damage

  • Missing items

  • Product shortages

  • Incorrect products

If damage is visible:

  • Note the damage with the delivery carrier before signing

  • Take photos of packaging and products

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report freight or shipping damage within the required timeframe may limit claim eligibility.

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays or damages may occasionally occur during transit.

  • Additional charges may apply for liftgate services, limited-access locations, or special delivery requirements

Customers are responsible for confirming that the delivery location can safely receive freight shipments.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

The Estate Tailors is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect information

  • Additional carrier rerouting fees

Freight shipments may require separate carrier coordination and scheduling communication.
