2. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate.

Product colors and finishes may vary slightly depending on screen settings and manufacturing batches
Dimensions and specifications may contain minor variations
Product availability may change without notice
Certain products may require extended lead times

We are not liable for minor product variations that do not materially affect product functionality.

3. Commercial & Bulk Orders

Many products sold by The Estate Tailors are intended for commercial, hospitality, and large-scale procurement projects.

For bulk or project-based orders:

Pricing may vary based on quantity and project scope
Lead times may differ from standard retail orders
Certain products may be custom-sourced or manufactured
Commercial orders may require additional verification or approval

All custom quotations remain valid only for the period stated in the quote.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are not considered final until payment authorization and order confirmation are completed.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud
Limit quantities purchased
Request additional verification information
Cancel orders due to inventory or pricing errors

If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable payment processing timelines.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, freight charges, and handling costs may be added during checkout.

Payments are securely processed through approved third-party payment providers supported by Shopify.

Failure to complete payment authorization may result in order cancellation.

6. Shipping & Freight Deliveries

Standard orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days from the date the order is placed, including normal processing and carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates may vary due to product availability, carrier delays, peak periods, weather conditions, commercial freight scheduling, custom or special-order requirements, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Certain commercial, bulk, oversized, or special-handling orders may require freight delivery and may have different delivery timelines.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery information
Ensuring delivery site accessibility
Being available for scheduled freight deliveries where required
Inspecting shipments upon arrival

Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Additional shipping, freight, or special-handling charges may apply where disclosed before the order is finalized.

7. Returns, Refunds & Restocking

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

For eligible returns where the correct product was delivered in the condition described and the customer chooses to return it:

A 15% restocking fee applies.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect products attributable to The Estate Tailors, applicable restocking fees will not be charged, and return shipping will be provided at no cost to the customer.

Custom-made, special-order, personalized, made-to-order, installed, used, clearance, and final-sale products may be non-returnable as specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be refused.

8. Installation & Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are:

Properly installed
Used according to manufacturer guidelines
Installed by qualified professionals when necessary

We are not liable for:

Improper installation
Misuse or negligence
Structural incompatibility
Electrical or construction code violations
Labor costs associated with replacement or repairs

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Certain products may include manufacturer or product-specific warranties. Warranty coverage, duration, eligibility, exclusions, and claim procedures may vary by product.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, negligence, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Estate Tailors shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or business interruption
Delayed project timelines
Installation expenses
Property damage resulting from misuse or improper installation
Carrier-related delivery delays

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

Branding

Text
Graphics
Website design

is the property of The Estate Tailors or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
